Handling in excess of 10,000 inbound calls a day, Ipswich-based call handling company Call Connection depend upon their telecommunications supplier QDOS Networks for a reliable and efficient service.
As one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK, growing from 20 employees in 2003 to 150 at the end of 2005, with revenues to match, Call Connection recently moved premises to continue expansion. The new premises offered 15,000 square feet over four floors, and the aim was to install a state of the art call centre with the best technology available enabling prompt, professional and effective call handling.
Call Connection have worked with QDOS for over ten years, a factor which made the decision on who should install and provide support for the new call centre extremely easy, as Director Judy Jones said, “We started working with QDOS back in 1995 and the fact is that we’ve never felt the need to change provider; QDOS consistently deliver on time and on budget. They provide such a great service, why would we look elsewhere?”
Work on Call Connection’s new premises included installing a new cabling infrastructure with 500 ISDN lines, 5,000 non-geographic 0800 telephone numbers, and a 200 extension Inter-Tel call centre telephone system with ancillary equipment. The work was carried out alongside architects, engineers and building contractors to ensure that the relocation was straightforward and caused no disruption.
QDOS provide full system support to Call Connection, maintaining and upgrading the system as necessary.Judy Jones said, “The best thing about the service QDOS provides is their support. Completing a job against a tight deadline or out of office hours never seems to be a problem for them.”
